Business Enabler of the Year 2017

Close Brothers Retail Finance has been awarded the prestigious Lloyds Bank National Business Award 2017 for the Vonage Nexmo Business Enabler of the Year.
Now in its 16th year, the annual awards took place Tuesday evening at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Labelled the ‘Oscars’ of British business, the awards celebrated large private and public companies through to start-ups and established SMEs. This year’s awards included an inspiring speech from multiple Olympic, World and European champion Sir Mo Farah, who was the headline speaker at the event.
Close Brothers Retail Finance was awarded The Business Enabler of the Year award which recognises organisations that help businesses increase profitability by improving efficiency, developing talent and implementing innovation. More than this, it recognises the impact of ‘enablers’ that offer value beyond support products and services.
The judges at the National Business Awards said:

In another win this week, Close Brothers Retail Finance was also awarded Best Online Payments Solution at the 2017 Payments Awards last night. These awards recognise cards and payments excellence and innovation and are organised by FStech and Retail Systems. Those shortlisted in the category were Amazon Pay, Digital River, Ingenico ePayments and SafeCharge
