Our account manager is exceptional and will often call us with a solution before we have even noticed an issue on an application. To be specific, with the online applications relying on the customers entering their own data they can sometimes enter information incorrectly and the team at Close Brothers spot these issues immediately - they then fix the issue and our first point of contact is when they inform us of what they have done to progress the application. The customer service is outstanding.

How quickly is an issue resolved?
